Specialized Aero operates as an FAA-certificated Part 145 repair station with limited ratings covering airframe, powerplant, nondestructive inspection, specialized services, radio, instrument, and accessory capabilities.
Our repair station maintains a detailed capabilities list identifying the specific aircraft articles and components for which we are equipped, staffed, and qualified to perform approved maintenance and repair services.
Our capabilities include specific airframe articles and components from multiple manufacturers, with work performed in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s maintenance manuals, Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs), Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, and other approved or FAA-acceptable technical data as applicable.
Because our ratings are limited, the scope of work is determined by our current FAA authorization, capabilities list, applicable technical data, equipment, facilities, and qualified personnel.
